An Asst. Chief Constable’s report, naturally to the detriment to Maurice Kirk. 

 Another report by a certain doctor,  stating Maurice Kirk had a brain tumour in a report that was used against him 2 years ago. This doctor made a false report that  resulted in Maurice being sectioned to a mental asylum for 8 months – an outrageous act. Judge for yourself…
