Detective Chief Inspector 2— S—- W——

Southmead Police Station
Bristol
BS10 5DW

DCI W—–,

1. DCI W—- I note your eagerness to refer this matter to the IPCC, why ? I suggest that by referring this investigation to the IPCC would allow yourself and others to exercise their right to silence.

2. Detective Chief Inspector W—– you are being evasive (avoiding or seeking to avoid trouble or difficulties)

I repeat my questions to you:

On what date did Detective Constable B—-, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, know of the existence of the Court of Protection Medical Certificates CP3?

During Detective Constable B—– communications with solicitors S—- M—- LLP, did Detective Constable B—- establish that the appropriate court ORDERS had not been obtained from the Court of Protection?

Detective Chief Inspector W—— would you please explain to me, and the Professors of Law that this email is copied

into, why the destruction of my legal files is not a criminal offence in the Avon and Somerset Constabulary?

3. I would be helpful if Detective Sergeant 937 N— S— read the letter from St Johns Chambers

Bristol prior to making any further comments. As can be seen S—- M—- LLP solicitors failed to disclose data regarding the Court of Protection to Mr A——- at St Johns Chambers. Your detective knew of the Court of Protection issue.

4. Likewise, the L— G——- issue, I enclose the letter from Bristol County Court. I and others note your

reluctance Detective Chief Inspector W—- to identify the name of the bailiffs and police offices involved in this matter. L– G——- was at the material time a protected party and those involved his asset stripping were not authorized to do so.

5. Detective Chief Inspector W—— the matter has now been elevated to a higher authority, I suggest that you seek advice.

Your sincerely

Leonard Lawrence

Your Reference HC/CO/931/13

1. With respect, Superintendent P— R—– Avon and Somerset Constabulary in his letter to me dated 31 October
2014 identifies Superintendent P—- will remain personally responsible in this matter, not yourself.

2. Detective Inspector R—- will be aware of events that occurred today, if not be advised a Lord Justice of Appeal has taken it upon himself to forward two of my emails to a Judge of the High Court Family Division.

3. I suggest that you refer this matter to your Detective Chief Superintendent in addition to answering the questions below:
On what date did Detective Constable B—-, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, know of the existence of the Court of Protection Medical Certificates CP3?

During Detective Constable B— communications with solicitors S—– M—- LLP did Detective Constable B—- establish that the appropriate court ORDERS had not been obtained from the Court of Protection?
Detective Chief Inspector W—– would you please explain to me, and the Professors of Law that this email is copied into, why the destruction of my legal files above is not a criminal offence in the Avon and Somerset Constabulary?

4. I also note you have avoided addressing the circumstances surrounding the evection of L– G—— from his home in Bristol aided by police officers. Be advised like myself L– G—– is now also diagnosed with a neurological condition, not the false psychiatric diagnoses previously given. I understand Lee requires Neuro Surgery. I do not understand why your colleagues involved in his unlawful eviction found it so amusing particularly when Bristol County Court have written to advise me that the draft ORDER in L– G—– case has not been approved by the court.

Yours sincerely

Leonard Lawrence
