A judge has directed a jury to return not guilty verdicts in the case of the 38-year-old
Philip Christopher Evans (centre) has been cleared of theft but the trial of Michael Stokes (left) and Stephen Phillips (right) continues

House of Lords
Wang (Appellant)(On Appeal from the Court of Appeal
Ordered to be printed 10 February 2005
from the Appellate Committee
10 FEBRUARY 2005
Regina (Respondent) v. Wang (Appellant) (On Appeal from the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division))
ORDERED TO REPORT
The Committee (Lord Bingham of Cornhill, Lord Steyn, Lord Rodger of Earlsferry, Lord Walker of Gestingthorpe and Lord Carswell) have met and considered the cause Regina v. Wang (Appellant) (On Appeal from the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division)). We have heard counsel on behalf of the appellant and respondent.
1. This is the considered opinion of the Committee.
2. The question of law of general public importance certified by the Court of Appeal to be involved in its decision in this case is:
“In what circumstances, if any, is a judge entitled to direct a jury to return a verdict of guilty?”
18. We would accordingly allow the appeal, quash the appellant’s conviction and answer the certified question by saying that there are no circumstances in which a judge is entitled to direct a jury to return a verdict of guilty. (Or a not guilty verdict)
The Recorder of Cardiff Judge Eleri Rees has UNLAWFULLY interfered with justice, as he obviously knows Detective Constable Phillip Christopher Evans and is prepared to abuse his position and break the law to clear him of £30,000 theft.
There will now have to be another TRIAL, as this unlawful direction by the judge is NOT safe; and is actually the evidence of corruption, which MUST be EXPOSED by Wales On Line.
Did the foreman of the jury protest and reprimand the judge for interfering with justice?
Did any members of the jury put the judge on notice to stand himself down, as he had interfered with justice?
Were the jury an informed jury? – Or a jury made up of Police Officers and Solicitors?
We look forward to hearing from you, as this judge interfering with justice has much public interest for We the People.
Yours truthfully,Patrick Cullinane, Common Law Lawyer and Victim of Jew Process in the UK’s COMMERCIAL Kangaroo Courts.
